Mary Maschal

Kindergarten Teacher

Mary was born and raised in San Diego California. She attended San Diego State University where she received a bachelor's degree in Women's Studies. After moving with her husband and daughters to Eugene, Oregon, she attended Waldorf Teacher Education Eugene (Oregon) and received her certificate in Early Childhood Education in 2006. She is an avid gardener and enjoys watercolor painting. She also has a special love for sharing puppetry with children. This was enriched by her certificate training with The Juniper Tree School of Puppetry Arts which she completed in 2015. Mary taught at Waldorf schools in Eugene, Oregon and Saratoga Springs, New York and was also part of an independent program before joining Kimberton Waldorf School as a kindergarten teacher in 2023.
