Drop-off & Pick-up Info

Campers in Grades 1st – 6th: 

Drop-off is in the Lower School, Please park in the lot in front of the gym, near the big Kimberton Waldorf School sign. Please be sure to walk your child to the building and sign in with the junior counselor. The lead counselor will be in your camper’s room. Camp begins at 9:00 am with group games and greeting activities. Please do not drop your camper off before this time. 

Pick- up will be in the same location. Please park in the lot in front of the gym and walk to pick up your camper. 

If you need to drop off your camper after 9:30 or pick up your camper before 3:00, (groups will be moving about the campus between these times.) please come to the middle school building (the building with the glass atrium roof). We will locate your camper’s group to drop-off or pick-up. 

If your camper is not attending on a given day, please call us and let us know. 

Campers in Kindergarten: 

Drop-off is in the Kindergarten Building at the door closest to the lower school. Please park in the lot in closest to the bridge or you may park in the lot near the gym and walk around. Please be sure to walk your child to the building and sign in with the junior counselor. The lead counselor will be in your camper’s room. Camp begins at 9:00 am with group games and greeting activities. Please do not drop your camper off before this time.
