Aftercare 2023-2024. Please complete once for each student, Rosebud through Grade 6

KWS is committed to providing a safe place for children whose families require additional care beyond the end of the school day. Aftercare is available on regular school days from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm for Rosebud Garden, and 3:15 to 5:15 pm for Kindergarten through Grade 6. Families using aftercare are required to register for a consistent, recurring schedule for the school year. For example, if you select “1 day per week,” please indicate the single day that your child will attend. This enables KWS to arrange staffing, snacks, and provide a great experience for all. Aftercare will be billed through BigSIS based on the schedule selected for the full session (2 hours). Drop-ins are available only in emergencies, and at a higher daily rate. Rates for 2023-2024: Full time (5 days per week) $2805; 4 days/week $2592; 3 days/week $2052; 2 days/week $1440; 1 day/week $720; Drop-in/1 day $25 per session
