KWS Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in Kimberton Waldorf School
We have a rolling admissions policy and accept students throughout the year when space is available. We are currently accepting applications. If a class is full, we continue to accept students into a wait-pool. Follow the steps below to learn more about becoming part of the Kimberton Waldorf School family!
1. Submit an Inquiry
The first step of the admissions process is to provide us with some basic details about your family. Email us here to receive our admissions brochure. We will send you an information packet in the mail.
2. Visit the School
Choosing a school is one of the most significant decisions you will make for your child and your family. Whether you are new to Waldorf education or transferring from another Waldorf school, we are here to assist you as you make decisions about your child’s education.
Please contact the admissions office to schedule a virtual tour or attend a virtual event. You may also sign up for a Wednesday morning Q&A session available between 10-11am with our Admissions Coordinator.

3. Submit Application
Complete and submit the application materials for the appropriate grade level. Application forms can be downloaded by clicking on the applicable grade below. A $50 non-refundable application fee is required for preschool, and kindergarten applications; a $75 non-refundable application fee is required for students applying to grades 1 through 12. International application fees are $200.

4. Family Interview
When the Admissions Office has received the completed application and support documentation, the parents/guardians will be contacted to arrange for the student to interview with members of the Admissions Team and Faculty. For our preschool and kindergarten programs, the interview will be conducted with the parents.
5. Admissions Decision
The Admissions Office will contact you shortly after the interview with an admissions decision or to discuss next steps, as needed.
Tuition Assistance (Financial Aid)
