Since 1995, Kimberton Waldorf School has provided an organic, vegetarian hot lunch for all students and faculty/staff who wish to participate.  The meals are prepared with fresh food and a great deal of loving thought and care.  The small staff is aided by many parent volunteers.

Kindergarten through fifth grade are served lunch in their classrooms.  Sixth through twelfth grade eat in the gym, at tables set with tablecloths and flowers.  Each day, the sixth grade composts the day’s scraps as part of the Gardening curriculum, bringing awareness to the full cycle of food.

This unique lunch program is kept affordable and lunches can be ordered in advance.
