We seek to employ individuals with a high level of competence in their fields, who have enthusiasm to work in a school based on the educational principles of Rudolf Steiner. We endeavor to have a diverse faculty that will work out of a spirit of mutual support and collegiality. The teacher strives for excellence in their teaching, seeking objective perspectives and growth for their teaching through self-evaluation, peer support – visiting classes and being observed – and being open to feedback from colleagues. 

It is expected that faculty members have both traditional academic training as well as Waldorf Teacher Training
