Waldorf Works is an inspiring 90 minute tour, during which visitors learn about the mission and vision of Kimberton Waldorf School. For far too long, we were Chester County’s best kept secret. But throughout the past 3 years, Waldorf Works has enabled us to introduce over 600 members of the local community to our school. During the tour you’ll meet members of our Governing Team and Board of Directors, and be invited into various classrooms to observe our faculty and students in action. You’ll also hear inspiring testimonials from current families and alumni whose lives have been impacted by Waldorf education. Whether you’re a parent interested in a progressive education for your child, or a member of the community without school-age children, this program is intended for you. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to our campus! To RSVP for our next session, or for additional information, please contact Caitlin Elberson, Director of Development at (610)933-3635 x.128 or .

In 1812, there was a small town in Scotland called Brigadoon. The townsfolk who dwelled there were concerned about the ever-changing world around them. In an effort to preserve a simple quality of life, everyone in the town made a sacrifice. The sacrifice was to disappear from the earth, only to return for a day every one hundred years. In this manner, the townsfolk of Brigadoon wouldn't live in a century long enough to be changed by it. Tommy and Jeff drop in from New York for a vacation. The year is 2012. As they lose their way in the hills and mist of Scotland, Tommy and Jeff discover Brigadoon as it returns for its day. They can tell something is different about this town, but are temporarily wrapped up in its magic and simplicity. Tommy meets Fiona and quickly falls in love with her. When Tommy learns the truth about Brigadoon, he must choose to either leave Brigadoon, or sacrifice everything for Fiona and stay in Brigadoon forever.
