Kimberton Waldorf School offers a Community Scholarship Program open to new students. Scholarship recipients will each receive $10,000 per year, applicable towards tuition, which is renewable through graduation, contingent upon the recipient remaining in good standing.
Each year, one $10,000 scholarship will be available to each of the following:
one graduate of an accredited Waldorf school that does not offer a high school program
one graduate of one of the following partner schools: Goshen Friends School, Friends School Haverford, Miquon School, Montgomery School, Plymouth Meeting Friends School, The School in Rose Valley, West Chester Friends School, or The Wyndcroft School
one child (entering grade 1-12) of a full-time employee of SEI
This scholarship program will enable more students to enjoy the benefits of the Waldorf curriculum, and support our mission to make Waldorf Education accessible to a wider segment of the community.
Scholarship recipients will be selected by committee on the basis of alignment with the school's values.
Community Scholarship applicants are required to complete all standard KWS application materials for the appropriate grade level.
Families are encouraged to submit all application materials before the end of December. Only those applicants who have received an offer of admission by January 15 will be considered for the scholarship for the following school year.
