All about lacto-fermentation: how it works, what foods/beverages can be lacto-fermented, etc. Learn how to make vegetable/fruit ferments, delicious (REAL) pickled eggs, and more. Participants will leave empowered with the knowledge to make these inexpensive, health-promoting, probiotic-rich foods at home.
