KWS is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management starting July 1, 2016. The major areas of responsibility for this position are Outreach and Marketing, Admissions management, and Retention (re-enrollment) management.

Necessary skills for the position are marketing, including internet and social media marketing, advertising, design and production of printed materials, website management, event management, admissions, enrollment, and retention processes management, data management, report generation, staff and committee management, good writing and speaking skills, social skills, networking skills, and the ability to multi-task. Candidates should have strong computer skills and ability to work with PCR data system.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Waldorf or private school enrollment management and marketing, have an understanding of Waldorf education, and will be able to spend some time before July 1 to train and overlap with our current Director of Enrollment Management during May and June.

KWS is seeking a part-time teacher to assist our music director. Duties may include teaching some choral or instrumental classes in lower school or middle school; leading sectionals for orchestra classes; and helping to organize and conduct in school concerts.

KWS is seeking part-time art teachers to teach Handwork and/or Painting & Drawing classes in high school and middle school for the 2016-17 school year. These will be part-time positions as we are needing a few courses covered. Most of the Art and Handwork classes are taught in blocks of time, roughly 8-10 weeks, twice a week. The amount of classes to be taught may vary, depending on applicants’ skills and experience and courses that need to be covered. All applicants should have teaching experience. KWS is seeking a Coordinator for a new Entrepreneurship program in our high school. We envision the program starting in the 2016-17 school year, but it may be possible to start some aspects this year and over the summer. This is a part-time hourly position that is being funded by a grant. Hours to be determined. We seek an energetic and enthusiastic individual with teaching and entrepreneurial experience.
